A valiant knight of days gone by

courageous, brave, and true

his wavy hair as black as coal

his eyes a smoky blue.

His armor scratched and dented

a short sword in each hand

word of his warrior prowess

was heard throughout the land.

He led a battle against evil

nd victory did ring

and when the fight was over

the people named him King.

He ruled then with an even hand

his brothers at his side

and all the nation honored him

his name went far and wide.

He then became a target

for evil incarnate

yet despair touched not his people
